While skills testing and a depth of knowledge in EMS are important, the personality traits and professionalism of our staff are equally as important to us.

Our selection of candidates is based on a numerical scoring system whereas each component of our hiring process is given a value range. Each manager scores each candidate in each area and if the total score is above the allowable threshold, a conditional offer of employment may be given.
